1313 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1313 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before registering or making any transaction.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using 1313's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
The 1313 platform is restricted to users who have reached the legal age of majority under applicable Malaysian law, which is at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
1313 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one account on the 1313 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1313 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the 1313 support team immediately through the support channels available on the platform.
We reserve the right to request identity verification at any stage, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in a temporary suspension or account closure.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 1313 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any system vulnerability or game outcome.
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
- Posting or transmitting content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of third parties through the platform's communication channels.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure and freezing of any existing balance, pending a thorough internal investigation.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 1313 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via local payment methods available at the time, including online banking transfers and approved e-wallets.
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after a successful payment confirmation. However, 1313 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or technical issues beyond the platform's control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process. 1313 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. Users may be required to submit supporting documents for compliance purposes.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as stated in your account panel and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any applicable taxes or charges are the sole responsibility of the user.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
1313 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss. 1313's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
1313 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of the stated terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Where a suspension is due to an ongoing investigation, the account balance will be withheld until the investigation is concluded.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and compliance with the applicable balance withdrawal terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the 1313 platform are the exclusive property of 1313 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such materials without prior written consent from 1313.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1313 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third-party websites. These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes shall be resolved through channels designated by 1313 management.
